the toulouse wrap skirt is an adjustable pleated skirt with long bias strip ties to be worn in many ways.

00-2 is 9" long and 38" wide
2-6 is 10" long and 42" wide
6-10 is 11" long and 46" wide
10-14 is 12" long and 50" wide
 
Fabric is a cotton/linen blend thread is cotton
 
Pre washed
 
available in the following pastel colour ways (hand dyed can have organic colour spots)
